Description: Another way to add scanlines onto your images, this method contains only 2 steps!

Step 1

Open the image you want to put scanlines on.

Step 2

Now go to Effects--> Texture Effects--> Blinds and use the settings on the right. These settings are just basic settings, you are ENCOURAGED to play around with these settings to get different effects. Like bring the opacity down or up and maybe change the color to black instead of white or make it green, experiment!
