Description: Add a motion effect that really livens up your image.
Written by: Imusion


 Step 1
Open the image you want to add this effect on. In this we are going to use the image below.


 Step 2
Go to Layer--> Duplicate Layer.


 Step 3
Go to Filter--> Blur--> Motion Blur


 Final Product
Congradulations! You've added the Motion Screen effect onto your image! Below is the comparison of the before and after of the image.

Mm... I love using this effect on signatures, it gives it more depth and just more vibrant-ish.

Mm yeah agreed.  And you can put the signature's text ontop of the really blurry bits as those parts are kinda white making the text easier to read.
